EVEN IF… K takes me for a ride financially and with the children, I know God will provide. I know God will hear my prayers. I will be comforted by God alone. I am not to trust in men, I am to trust in God. I pray that God softens K’s heart. I pray that we can discuss the children and money outside of a lawyer’s office. I pray we both can do what is best for the children. I pray we both grow in God separate from each other. I pray our sins are brought to light, that we are both humbled. I pray that the actions of both of us can be a testimony to others. I pray that as I learn to shut my mouth, I learn to stand up for myself without the validation from others.
