K came here to get R (our daughter) and I really just wanted to go back into the relationship after he did a couple nice things here (played with dogs, and dumped a little dirty water out of the dog’s water dish.) I started to lie to myself, and tell myself that things would be different. After he left I noticed that once again he messed up my folded laundry.
He’s still the same man who doesn’t listen to or hear me. The same man who’s never seen me because he couldn’t stand to come face to face with how badly he has hurt me. He is the man who will continue to hurt me for now.
All I can do is pray for him.
I cannot change him.
Taking to him does no good, I’ve spent a decade thinking I was talking to a person, but based on his actions, it’s all fallen on deaf ears.
He’s only listened to and taken what he can use, and it breaks my heart.
